Here at Fitness Newspaper we’ll be starting a regular series of exercise challenges.
The first challenge is the Starcrump – a great functional exercise that works your whole body and particularly targets your shoulders and core.
How to Perform a Starcrump…
1. Start in a plank-like position with your hands together and your feet together.
2. Jump your hands and feet apart simultaneously, coming into a ‘star’ position.
3. Jump your hands and feet back together simultaneously, returning to the plank position.
- Perform as many Starcrumps as you can in 30s (or a minute if you’re really hardcore), and then post your score (or a video of yourself completing the challenge) in the comments section below!
