Recipe of the Week: Turkey Burgers

These turkey burgers are Quick, Easy, Delicious and Healthy!!

 

Ingredients

500g of Turkey mince

2 eggs

1 red pepper (or, if you like it hot, 1 red chilli)

2 tablespoons of onion granules & mixed herbs

 

Method

1. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and kneed well.

2. Roll into about 8-10 burgers.

3. Grill for around 20mins on each side.

 

That’s it, done!

 

Notes: I like to have mine with some Organic Asparagus that I have steamed for around 5 minutes, I then add this to a pan that I have heated up some organic coconut oil. I cook for another 90-120 seconds in the pan and squirt some fresh lemon juice over. Then serve.
