Look no further! This ‘cheesecake’ is quick and easy to make, packed with protein AND it tastes just like cheescake (well, close enough)!
125g low fat cottage cheese (or Quark, which has a smoother texture)
1 scoop strawberry-falvoured protein powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3-4 fresh strawberries (halved)
1. Mix the cottage cheese, protein powder and vanilla extract together until smooth.
2. Serve with the fresh strawberries!
Try crushing some pecans and mixing them with a small amount of coconut oil to make a’ ‘biscuit base’ for your ‘cheescake’.
