A quick turn drill for hip flexion in Football with a ViPR
From the Diploma in Functional Performance, Peady demonstrates how to load the hip more effectively in a turn, using the ViPR. Previously to this, we looked at the HMAC III form and decided that in a turn over the left or right shoulder, the landing hip would feel hip flexion, adduction and external rotation. In this movement the ViPR drives more hip flexion, while the hip still feels the other motions.
